The owners, their agents and/or employee/s, shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature, against the owners, whether arising from the owners default, negligence or otherwise.
The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the owners against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the owners default, negligence or otherwise.
The terms and conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the 50% deposit, or credit card details.

Refunds are only applicable if we are able to fill the room with another paying guest. The more notice we have the better chance we have of filling the room.
